Quality policy

Satisfy requirements based on international standards to maximize customer satisfaction, make continuous improvement, ensure product quality, and provide the best products that meet customer requirements.

Activity standard

  1. Set and promote quality targets to establish a quality assurance system for all operations from order placement to delivery.
  2. Each department works in close cooperation with other departments, and assures the quality of the subsequent processes at their own responsibility.
  3. In every process, run the management cycle (P.D.C.A.) to establish the basic approach to continuous improvement.
  4. The heads of each department strive to vitalize small group activities according to their positions and duties, and work to raise quality awareness.
